Any Game Reschedule Requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed.<\/li><li>Games are not officially rescheduled until the facility schedule reflects the game reschedule.<\/li><li>Available dates\/times are not guaranteed to be available, as other teams\/customers may book the time slot at any time.<\/li><li>Any changes to the schedule or any rescheduling are the sole responsibility of the team manager. NOW Soccer Academy will not credit team fees for games not played. NO EXCEPTIONS! For adult leagues, players must be 18+.<\/li><li>Any team using players not on the roster will forfeit the game. Include in the subject: \u201cNeed to Reschedule\u201d. Please include your team name, the date and time of the game that you would like to reschedule.<\/li><li>NOW Soccer Academy will email your opposing manager with your game reschedule request. NOW Soccer Academy will not credit team fees for games not played. NO EXCEPTIONS!<\/li><li>The opposing manager is to reply to the email from NOW Soccer Academy with a \u201cwe agree to reschedule to date\/time\u201d, \u201cwe\u2019ve agreed to play the game as originally scheduled\u201d or \u201cwe reject the game reschedule. Please include your team name, the date and time of the game that you would like to reschedule.<\/li><li>NOW Soccer Academy will email your opposing manager with your game reschedule request. NOW Soccer Academy will not credit team fees for games not played. NO EXCEPTIONS!<\/li><li>The opposing manager is to reply to the email from NOW Soccer Academy with a \u201cwe agree to reschedule to date\/time\u201d, \u201cwe\u2019ve agreed to play the game as originally scheduled\u201d or \u201cwe reject the game reschedule. We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered and once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid team and so in the event they are unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given.<\/h5><h5><strong>Rentals and parties-<\/strong>\u00a0Rental and birthday party deposits are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event. Because we must plan for future activities around these rentals, if a rental is unable to fulfill their commitment, then we run the risk of having the facility empty for that time the event was reserved. If a rental must cancel their event, with 4-weeks or more notice then a refund of the deposit will be given.
