Our Mission and Reason the Company was Formed
As a seasoned industry veteran, with over 30 years experience building teams and growing nationwide lenders, we were disheartened that borrowers' needs were not always put front and center.
This is fundamentally wrong and unacceptable!
Therefore, we embarked on a journey to offer a better option for clients. We base our decisions and actions on borrowers' needs, desires, and their best interest.
We do not, and will not, compromise our principles and promise to be 100% transparent throughout the process. Either we save our borrowers money and put them in a better financial position or we will advise the best course of action at no cost and no obligation.
It’s the long-term relationship we value, not the individual transaction.
Making a Difference Together
Part of our mission is to give-back a portion of net earnings to charities identified as worthy and helping those in need. This year we are focusing on the following:
Amelia Grace Farm (www.ameliagracefarm,com). Provides mentoring, healing, and life skills to at-risk youth who have been victimized and/or neglected.
Saddleback Church’s Peace Plan (www.thepeaceplan.com). Global outreach to assist the poor, Care for the Sick, and train community leaders to effectively serve.
