Dorian Gatlin earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). He holds certifications in trauma-informed care and child welfare, and brings over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in educational, child welfare, and therapeutic settings.

Dorian’s background includes developing and leading community-based programs, facilitating support groups, and offering direct clinical care in both individual and group formats. His experience spans diverse environments, including schools, community agencies, and outpatient therapy clinics.
