Access the Portal<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to your practice\u2019s unique MYIO portal URL.<\/li>\n<li>Click the link for \u201caccount setup on your desktop browser\u201d provided in your invite email.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cCreate Account\u201d and enter the access code from your invite email or text message.<br \/>\n<em>Note: The access code expires after seven days.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>If you didn\u2019t receive an invite, contact your practice to request one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Verify Your Identity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter your birthdate to confirm your identity.<\/li>\n<li>Upon successful verification, you&#8217;ll proceed to the \u201cAccount Setup\u201d screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Set Up Your Account<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter a portal email address that only you can access.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cVerify My Email\u201d to receive a verification code.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the verification code from your email and click \u201cConfirm.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Choose a username.<\/li>\n<li>Create a password that includes:\n<ul>\n<li>At least eight characters<\/li>\n<li>One uppercase letter<\/li>\n<li>One lowercase letter<\/li>\n<li>One number or special character<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Retype your password to confirm, then click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Complete Onboarding Information<\/h3>\n<p><em>Note: The fields you see may vary based on your practice\u2019s settings.
