Make your way Broder Cafe for a most delicious breakfast, walk through leafy Ladd’s Addition enjoying the beautiful rose gardens and unique street layout, then stop at the New Seasons market for some supplies and relax in the lovely garden before heading for a massage at the spa a block away and then dinner at a choice of 3+ great special spots within a block.

This sweet 2br/1ba Queen-Anne cottage has such a lovely feel on this corner lot with charming garden. There are windows on all sides of the house so the light changes throughout the day. On the main floor you have a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (very small but adequate with clawfoot tub and shower assembly) and laundry room. Upstairs is a large finished attic that is used as a bedroom with an office and lounge area.

“Becky’s place was so charming and the perfect place for our little group! Tons of delicious local restaurants and within a 15-20 min drive to Japanese Gardens, River Walk, Farmer’s Market…just to name a few! Streets are tight, so don’t rent a truck, but an SUV is fine.”
